The Value Gathering is an interactive, engaging, and creative experience designed to achieve four primary goals for your team:

1. Give team members visibility to one another’s individual values, both as professionals and as people, increasing trust in one another.

2. Give team members visibility to their shared values, both within the team and within the wider organization.

3. Create a set of commitments to action with respect to identified values. Identify and document short and long-term goals and commitments to success.

4. Implement an ongoing Work Design Team to monitor progress and implement new initiatives.
